'Super vriendelijke personeel'

'Good place, friendly personnel and nice breakfast! Enjoyed the stay. The location is in the heart of the city. However, the hotel is new - there were challenges with Uber and Uber eats in finding the location.'

'Fijne kamer met goede voorzieningen. Lekkere sfeer in de huiskamer.'

'Beautiful location in/at Tivoli gardens. Beautiful hotel an decoration. Extremely friendly staff. But,….location on street side (rooms 38) is terrible due to noisy location (no sound insulation). This seriously hampers a good night rest and this makes the price-quality balance wrong. Early (false) evacuation alarm at 07:30 can happen, but a small gesture (cup of coffee?) or personal note from hotel manager would have been considerate. Parking fee of 85 (!!) euros is prohibitive.'

'Very nice breakfast buffet. Large hotel, but not impersonal. '

'A slightly unconventional but excellent accommodation solution in the city center.'

'Mooie, schone kamer. Heerlijke bedden en een geweldig ontbijt!'

'Goede sfeer. Prettig en aardig personeel. Mooi ingericht. We misten wel een lekkere stoel om te zitten. Er was maar 1 stoel en daar kon je niet lang op zitten.'

'Alles perfect en mooi, alleen is het niet mega luxe voor 5 sterren.'

'We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...

'Personeel erg vriendelijk, mooi hotel op een goede locatie. Fietsen huren is fijn dat dit bij het hotel kan en het ontbijt was echt uitstekend!'

'Great central location. Train and bus are right across the street. Many tourist areas are within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some noise from the train/bus area nearby, so maybe request a courtyard room if you are a light sleeper.'

'Het is een perfecte locatie voor een citytrip. Dat je in een stukje Deense geschiedenis logeert maakt het nog perfecter! Speciale dank aan Daina om ons zo in de watten te leggen!'

'Everything was great. Especially the personal is very customer friendly. The appartment was clean and has everything they promised. The bar is also a nice place to meet people and have a nice drink. I will come back for sure.'
