'We were a group of 2 families consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We were given rooms next to each other on level 2 which was perfect. No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. The beds and sofa bed was comfortable as were the pillow. Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

'It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.'

I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

'De prijs/kwaliteit van de accomodatie was goed. Je betaald vooral voor de locatie, ideaal aan de piste met een locker voor je spullen.
Het is een klein appartement, maar dat komt goed uit want je mag het zelf schoonmaken, bijbetalen voor de schoonmaak kan ook.
Het bed was een uitklapbank, het matras kon dus wel wat dikker.'

'J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !'
'I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. '
'The property itself is a little dated but the staff were fantastic. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and friendly.

'La localisation dans la station est assez pratique avec l'ascenseur panoramique, par contre les services fournis ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui m'avait été dit au téléphone, pas d'accès aux activités de la station (remontées mécaniques, piscine, etc...) si le séjour ne dure pas une semaine, grosse déception, d'autant plus que le week-end il n'y a pas de remontées mécaniques, ni d'activités particulières..... La salle de bains de la chambre est minuscule et sans savon/shampoing etc... et le...

'Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam.

'Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. '
