Hôtel près de Desert View Trail (Palm Springs)

« We arrived at 2pm with a pre-check through Expedia but our room was not ready until shortly after 5pm. We also asked for a downstairs unit and we were upstairs. Not happy with the checkin experience however our room was clean and it was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully our next check in experience will be better. »

« Nous avons eu une chambre avec draps tachés, taies d’oreiller trop courtes, lampes de chevet cassées. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais comme il n’y a pas d’accueil sur place on doit téléphoner et attendre qu’on nous rappelle… perte de temps . Dommage car la ville est très belle et d’extérieur l’hôtel est typique. »

« Clean room, excellent breakfast on the weekends. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Love the fireplace in the room. We stayed on third (top) floor so no noise from anyone above us. Would stay there again. »

« This motel is charming by its location and the original side of its rooms (style forest hut), you should know that it is a little outdated and that it would surely need a touch of paint and replacement of broken tiles. This being the case, it is relatively ok to spend one or two nights on the condition of not having a noisy neighbor (the walls are thin). If the young woman of the reception can advise you on the bars and restaurants of the area, she is however totally incompetent to manage...
