« Perfect location and so much space in the house ! We loved we could walk to the beach or drive , close to downtown area of Rincon too by car .Few spots in walking distance just down the street to eat too , Jack Taco shack is great !!! « Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views! »

« First of all, let me say that our host, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very reliable, and took care of any problems immediately. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious, with 2 large balconies and amazing ocean views. « Super easy check in! This is our second time stayin at this property just a different floor. Unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit updating and a dishwasher would be a bonus but certainly in working order. Couldn't get a better location!!!! »

« This condo was amazing and was a perfect place for us! Just steps from a couple of great bars/restaurants, and also from Sandy beach, it was easy to navigate to all of our favorite places all week.
