'Isbell and Isbellita were truly wonderful and the oasis we needed for the weekend! Everything was perfect, we spent the whole day on the lake, and it is conveniently located. The house is cozy and warm and has plenty of sleeping options. I slept on the porch which was particularly delightful. Also, Bread and Puppet is a 15 minute drive away — I’d highly recommend giving them a visit! On the whole, it was so lovely and it was the perfect birthday getaway. '

The cottage is very comfortable with just enough modern updates. The private beach is shared with the other homes on the road but not crowded. Sandy lake bottom that’s shallow for quite a ways out, great for kids. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. We have already reserved for next year!'

'The house was clean and family friendly. Great guest experience, lots of thoughtful touches. Bedrooms were all large and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'A really lovely space for a relaxing stay. Mostly a large open room with one open loft bedroom and another bedroom that is very private. This worked out well for us because we were traveling with our 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend and they wanted privacy while we just wanted to hang out. My only heads up is that the stairs to the loft bedroom were a bit treacherous. I'm in my 50s and got a good workout from them but if you have any problems with climbing or heights or if you have little...
