Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder. It was so nice to return to the house every evening for a good night of rest in comfortable beds and a clean space. My husband started each day in the hot tub with a cup of coffee while he waited for the rest of us to rise and shine, which he enjoyed. Outside was a beautiful gathering space around the fire pit for all. And our oldest daughter found the private office area outside the back bedroom to be the perfect space to see clients online one morning during our stay. The kitchen is stocked. We ate all dinners out, but breakfast and lunch were prepared at the house. If we return to the Denver area, we would definitely stay here again:) Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed the house, with the exception of the air conditioner. It did not keep the house cool and management's response was "We provided you a fan". Apparently the back bedrooms never cool properly, but ours was a whole house issue. Part of the problem in the back bedrooms was a lack of blackout shades also.

Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to all of our planned activities. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked our evening meals at the VRBO. Loved the vinyl records!

Modern Denver Getaway

Very nice place to stay in the Denver area! We had a couple of issues with furniture/rug, but the host was very responsive and apologetic and it wasn't a big deal. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio. Beds were okay. Little touches, such as craftsmanship on some of the ceiling designs, were just gorgeous. Overall, we were very happy with the place.

Family Denver visit 2025

The property was centrally located to all the places we planned on visiting during our stay so it made our travel time less stressful. The home itself was suitable to our needs with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The master bathroom was small but efficient. They didn't provide any Kleenex though so we had to substitute toilet paper when necessary. The property was very clean and provided enough amenities for a pleasant stay. The property had streaming service capabilities that we took advantage of and a backyard with a sitting area that we used to soak up some sun. The property lacked a supply of board games so we ended up buying a deck of cards. So if you are a family who likes to play games, you would have to provide your own. We had excellent communication back and forth when we had any questions before and during our stay. I would use this property again mostly because of its location, affordability, and cleanliness.

Girls Getaway

The house was better than advertised. The property manager was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. It is a very nice neighborhood and felt very safe there. Would definitely recommend!

Your little oasis

This home is amazing. Everything it said it would be and more. Great flow, beautifully decorated, and best of all the best stocked kitchen ever. If you like to cook on your stay you have just about everything you will need. We can not say enough amazing things about the home. The hosts were amazing and checked how things were going. They were quick with the response. Would stay there again for sure. You should too.

Absolutely loved my stay at this location as a first time visitor to Denver! The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, everything was top-notch. The location was unbeatable—conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. A great place for a laid back bachelorette weekend

I want to start off by saying this was the cleanest rental property I have stayed in. There were some spiderwebs on the front chairs and door which was specifically a concern of one of our party. This rental was well stocked in the restroom and kitchen.

A great place!

We enjoyed this house a whole lot! It was very clean and spacious. The backyard was perfect with the fire pit and hot tub! Four is us stayed here and had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were perfect. Thank you so much!

Great place!

Property was exactly as listed, property management very responsive to questions. Place was perfect for a group of adults visiting from the East Coast. Quiet dead end street, loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean

Nice little place!

Stayed with a group of friends for event at Red Rocks. Nice place with some amenities. Could have been cleaner, but everything was functional and the place was accommodating for our group. Good proximity to Red Rocks and easy travel for some day hikes too.

Denver getaway

We stayed here on a weeklong family trip to Denver - house was just as pictured, very clean and well furnished and a good amount of basic items provided. Location was convenient for getting to everything we wanted to do. Backyard with the firepit and hot tub is great for hanging out in the evenings.

Excellent Property for Our Concert Trip

With two groups traveling from different starting points several hours away, this rental was the perfect place for our overnight stay after a concert at Ball Arena. We brought food to prepare in the kitchen and found all we needed there to complete a nice dinner pre-concert. A couple hours later, we drove to a light rail station a few blocks away and rode the train to the concert venue, then back again afterwards. The neighborhood was quiet when we returned and we all slept well in the comfortable beds, utilizing three of the four bedrooms. The next morning, we enjoyed a full breakfast prepared in the kitchen before heading out of Denver. This was so much more fun to stay together rather than in three rooms at a hotel. A very convenient location, a great neighborhood, and wonderful spaces made this an ideal choice. We will definitely look to rent this lovely house again on a future trip.
