« Came for the Nascar race. It was inexpensive, quiet, and just the kind of place we love. In addition to being closer to Dover, there are restaurants near and doordash with come to the property. We for there just a touch early and owner was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. I recommend this property. »

« This property was perfect for our family while at a lacrosse tournament. It was close to the field and very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms to get ready for the day was a treat! The property was clean and spacious. Also, the host was also extremely responsive. We will definitely return. »

« This is NOT a three bedroom property!!!!!! There are two (2) bedrooms upstairs and a small sleeper-loveseat (that was broken) located on the first floor, in the back room which leads to the rear deck. The host refused to contact me via cell phone, when I discovered this problem upon my arrival. His emails were rude and his attitude was poor overall. »

« Very nice place and location. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. I will be staying here again in the future. The 3 of us were so happy with this condo and how nice it was! Loved that it had an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The community pool was very nice and a very short walk from the property. Highly recommend!! »
