'Everything was great, my biggest concern were the amount of kids at the pool. Would be nice if there was a kind pool and adult pool or atleast an adults only Hot Tub area. Other than that a nice resort.'

'Towels were stained had to wash them before kids could use them.. floor was dirty.. smoke detector didn't work not all them r hard wired in when they by law have to... there was no communication with the business at all n the giant roach when we got there in the room. We will never stay here again. Tried for some kind of refund n they refused'

She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect...
