Cottages in Dayton

'This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. It also has 2 upstairs bedrooms (no bathroom) that would work for older children or grandchildren though we didn’t need them for this trip. I appreciated that the rear entrance...

'My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. The space was cozy and a nice place to unwind. The only thing we would change was the bed topper was too soft for our liking. Jillian was a great host and was very attentive,...

'The property is very cute, but very small. The bedrooms are tiny and do not have any side tables for the beds. The beds are decent comfort, but I guess I am spoiled by my own mattress at home. The kitchen is well appointed. The property does state that there is a limited supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, so if you are staying longer that two days bring extra or be prepared to buy more. For as much as we paid an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom...
