« This property was perfect for our needs. It was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see, had the amenities we were looking for, and the dogs were very comfortable too! While we could nitpick that a tissue box would have been nice, it really would come down to that tiny level of detail to find anything lacking. Host checked in at appropriate intervals and forgave a broken glass. We'd certainly go back and recommend to friends headed to Charleston! »

« The house is beautiful and well laid-out. The large porch with rocking chairs is wonderful. Having covered stairs down to the parking area was a bonus. The large area under the house with the grill and bar was great. »

« We have never stayed in a rental that was as well supplied as this on. Jonathan was very generous with consumables, even purchasing a box of Girl Scout cookies to share with our visiting grandkids. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. It was a very comfortable stay in a low traffic neighborhood that was perfect for walking, and there were many stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Folly Beach was only 15 minutes away, although on our last day there the weather was beautiful...

« Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts. »
