'Size of home and floor plan good. Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the condition of the home. Needs lots of repairs inside and outside. Balusters missing outside, and inside ones were bent creating dangerous situations for our grandchildren. Needs paint and window replacements. Needs a deep clean of furniture. Kayaks need to be replaced and basketball court is not operational. With some (lots) attention this could be a great property. '

'Our family gathered there for 4 days during Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for all 13 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen for walking around center island used as buffet. Kids had plenty of room outside to play games. It was a little too cool to use pool or hot tub. The younger set figured out the sound system and watched the football game. Others had fun in the game room. Everyone had an “exciting” time.'
