Flats in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW

'We will be back, it was peaceful and the view on the patio is beautiful. We took a little walk by the water and the view was breathtaking . The bed was sooooo soft, I was out like a light🤣🤣. The host was fast to reply any questions that I had. I was able to cook a nice dinner while we were there and I must say the spice rack is an A. '

'Only snafu we had was trying to get in the building. The first floor door would not open for us. Felt very safe with the multiple needs to use a fob to enter the building. Skyline view was awesome!'

'This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

'Very clean and well kept property. We were wanting a get away close to downtown Ft Worth and that’s exactly what we got. It was rainy, so had to drive in a park, but in sunny weather downtown, Sundance is easily walkable. Host was nice and communicative, process was easy with good directions. We would stay again.'
