'Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about. It was fresh,...

'The hotel is in need of an update. The room was comfortable enough, but I couldn’t imagine staying here other than the one night. They are very clear that it is a continental and not a hot breakfast, so the pastries should be fresh and not hard or stale. Three of us checked in, but had to ask for more towels because there were only two sets. Staff, however, were responsive. If you’re looking for something modern and fresh, pass on this location.'

'We had housekeeping not show up on time although we had it for a whole day they came in. I don’t know what they cleaned in the bathroom did not make up the beds. You’re not vacuuming the floors it didn’t even change the bedsheets that was the biggest thing for me when I got there the sheet we had on the bed was dirty and it seems like they don’t change their sheets very often so then my door was left open when I have expensive bags and some expensive jewellery I noticed one of my medication‘s....
