Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation. No apology was offered at any point — not when we reported it, not when we checked out. We ended up leaving at 11 PM and scrambling to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere. Photos of the bugs are attached. This is a basic sanitation failure. Do not stay here!!!
