'I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. '

In addition the room they gave us was old on the 4th floor and it smelled like mold while the 6th floor was brand new. We asked to move but they had no rooms available until our last night. 'I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Casa Gonzalez. The location is excellent, very close to Angel of Independence and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés in the Juárez area. Public transportation access is also great, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. However, the shower in our bathroom leaked water onto the floor after use, possibly due to the shower enclosure not being sealed properly. There were also no hand towels provided, only bath...
