'The room was dirty spiders crawling on the ceilings. Dead bugs and filth on the ground and in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. No trash bags in the trashes The fridge didn’t work we had to get ice from the ice machine to keep our things cold. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. The breakfast was gross. I’ve never had an experience like this before with a hotel. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. The gentleman who...

'Property was in a good location and rooms were very nice but staff were far from helpful. I booked this property for several classes I registered for - three hours from home. I asked for early checkin - denied - no discussion , no compromise. I asked if I could use the pool area - also denied. All future reservations were cancelled. Rigid checkin rules with zero consideration for guests is not something I expected. This property is not customer friendly.'
