'The rooms were fine, but it’s more a bar and nightclub than a boutique hotel. After making the booking they sent a message informing us about the late night music which was not advertised in the description. I asked to cancel but they refused, and said they would allocate a quiet room instead. When we arrived they had downgraded the room type (no bath included as promised) and did not offer to alter the price.'

'Mooi gelegen , typisch Engels hotel . Goede kamers met gerenoveerde badkamer . Personeel erg vriendelijk . Ligt net iets buiten het centrum. '

'Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas '

'No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible'
