'The owner Gabriella was very friendly and approachable. Property was close to the beach and restaurants.'

'Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. 'Amazing piece of heaven! We were very close to everything, but at the same time we were secluded! Love this property, I’m planning to comeback, the hostess is very nice, she gave us recommendations of restaurants, tours, and places to go. 5 out of 5 stars.'

'Great place to stay!'
