'Just an awesome place to stay. Spacious, clean, every amenity. Would stay here any time i come back to Madrid and will not even look elsewhere. We were concerned about being a little further from the touristy areas but never waited more than about 2 minutes for a taxi. There are nice places nearby to eat, as well. Definitely not in the middle of the most visited sites but having a full apartment that is fully stocked with that staff they have is more than worth that small trade-off. ...

'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'Het hotel zag eruit alsof het nieuw is. De kamer was klein maar wel heel praktisch ingericht met de nieuwste spullen. Ook erg fijn dat we bijna geen geluid hoorden van de gang of trap. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Niks is teveel. Een heel goed verblijf gehad!'
