'I've stayed in a lot of beach houses from NC to Florida. I can't remember a better experience. First the house is wonderful. Everything you want/need plus a ton. I hate staying at a house and the first thing I need to do is go buy laundry detergent or something. Didn't have to do that here. If I say everything cool about the house, I'll be here awhile. It's a perfect place to get away from civilization so if you are on the fence, just do it.'

'The host was very accommodating and helpful. The space is attached to their home but never once did they make it awkward. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a great space for a couples quiet getaway.The only thing that would have made things more comfortable would be more pillows. In all, it was a nice stay. We look forward to visiting the area again but will likely use one of our hosts other places. '

'Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean. We are used to renting homes that are a little more lived in, so the lack of games and puzzles (and basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper) threw us a bit. We did a lot of cooking and missed not having...
