Step into the first level, where the excitement begins! This level features three well-appointed bedrooms: a King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom and walk-in shower, a Queen Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom and walk-in shower, and a bedroom with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets that has access to a semi-private bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Be sure to spend some time in the Game Room with a Pool Table, wall-mounted Flat-Screen TV, and a cozy sitting area that is perfect for catching up with loved ones and enjoying another glorious day on the Outer Banks. The sliding glass door opens to the Covered Deck where a Private Pool* and bubbly Hot Tub await for ultimate relaxation. A Wet Bar with a Full-Size Refrigerator makes snacktime easy while the Theater Room with Theater Seats is perfect for catching your favorite flick on a rainy day or escaping from the summer sun's heat. Conveniently access the Elevator to move between floors and the Laundry closet to ensure clean clothes all week long.

The Middle Level holds five luxurious bedrooms, all designed for comfort and privacy. *Please Note: Parking in Ocean Sands is the space provided with the house that you are renting. If you have more cars than spaces, you will need to identify alternate parking outside Ocean Sands. There is no parking in the street due to the need to have room for emergency vehicles to access the homes.
