'Absolutely loved my time here. This hotel is new and the attention to detail really shows and stands out. The rooms are beautiful, I stayed in the one on the ground floor because I didn’t want to deal with steps. I loved it. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was superior. The toiletries were just fantastic! Organic, usually I never use Hotel toiletries but these were really special with a great scent. The hairdryer, thankfully was good, not one that you had to hold the button the whole time,...

' We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. '
