Negatief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie, locatie en accuraatheid advertentie
Both the apartment and the apartment building were completely unsatisfactory. The building itself was very shabby. There is extensive graffiti on the outside of the building. There were empty whisky bottle at the entrance of the building. The building is not well maintained and appears unsafe, since neither the lock box nor the key to the unit work properly. There was a huge trash bin adjacent to the front of the building, further degrading the entire look of the property. Once inside the building, there is a foul and stale odor throughout the building. The apartment is represented as being on the third floor, but there is really at least six sets of stairs. The apartment itself was thoroughly misrepresented. The key to the apartment barely works. It took several minutes to get into the unit. The interior of the apartment is shabby. It had the same foul and stale odor as the rest of the building. It was represented as having laundry facilities, but there is no dryer. The washer looked old and cheap. The furniture was also extremely cheap. The view was also misrepresented; in one area you overlook giant vertical pipes. The apartment and the entire apartment building is substandard.
