'If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.'

'Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. 'Great location and views! The house was very clean and comfortable. Views of the lake are fantastic. Updated appliances, however the refrigerator was uneven. The stairs to the beach are actually two properties to the north and are not easily accessible. One needs to walk down two steep sandy slopes to reach the top of the stairs. The beach is great. Good sand quality for making sand castles. The fire pit needs to be replaced as the bottom is rusted out. Did not use it for that reason....

'This is a great property with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay next to Lake Michigan. You're just a short walk and some stairs away from Lake Michigan (and fantastic sunset views), and the property itself is nestled between Holland to the south and Grand Haven to the north. 'We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. '
