'Prima hotel. Gezellige lounge. Vriendelijk personeel. Rijk ontbijtbuffet. Mooie historische locatie. Een aanrader. Prima prijs-kwaliteit.'

'Very clean room and quiet. Plenty of parking. The restaurant had a good choice of meals and also a good breakfast selection'

'prima hotel, licht gedateerd grote kamer. ontbijt niet gedaan. zeer aardige receptie.'

'Very welcoming staff. Room was tidy. Some refurbishment work going on but didn’t affect the stay and I guess because of the same reason no hot breakfast was available.'

'We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay'

'Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)'

'De eigenaresse is de uitvindster van gastvrijheid. Daarnaast heel nette en schone kamers!'

'Vlakbij het treinstation en op loopafstand van stadscentrum. Nette kamer, aardig personeel '

'De kamer was mooi, maar de douche was erg gedateerd.'

'We had a very enjoyable stay at the Old Bakery Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms very comfortable (if a little warm). The only slight challenges we ran into were that staff did not respond to pre-arrival enquiry messages through the Expedia app. The bar area of the hotel, which we were looking forward to sitting down and having a meal and a drink in, was very small and too busy for us to dine in, so we had to head out and find somewhere else to eat.'

'Typisch Engels restaurant Goede keuken en bar'

'Lovely staff, and great breakfast'
