'I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

'The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

'Staff OK ,shops non-stop nearby'

'Very welcoming staff. Room was tidy. Some refurbishment work going on but didn’t affect the stay and I guess because of the same reason no hot breakfast was available.'

'The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes.'

'We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay'

'Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too.'

'Handig hotel als doorreis locatie. Niet om vakantie te vieren. Omgeving is om 18:00 al dicht en alles op zondag. Beter eten voor goed vlees en meer bij Miller en Carter in Hinkley. Volk wat er woont is oud en rommelig. Omringende plaatsen zijn allemaal oud en goor. Het volk zit in crisis en hoop dronken mensen op pleinen. Wij waren er voor hoovercraft en kart ervaringen. Dat was geweldig. Voor de rest niet veel te doen.'

'Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)'

'Vlakbij het treinstation en op loopafstand van stadscentrum. Nette kamer, aardig personeel '
