'There was dirty stuff all over the walls in my room. It looked like spilled beverages or products, and the vent for the airflow to my room would constantly shake every time the air came on making it sound like someone was trying to open my door. Anytime I needed something. I had to go down to the front desk and get it myself and a package I was supposed to be delivered was never brought to my room. There was clearly a domestic dispute on my floor with people yelling in the hallway at midnight,...
