"Room floor was very dirty. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. Outside door was in poor condition- getting stuck/seeing daylight at corner of door. Pool area was very clean and wonderful. Entrance security was very friendly."

"The air conditioning in the room was not working properly with temperatures in the mid 90’s. The ac unit required a part that had to be ordered after being looked at by a technician, per the host. Because of it being a very busy weekend, they didn’t move us to another room."
