« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »

« I have stayed here several times, but the management has changed since my last stay 5 months ago. I received an email prior to this stay, but nothing described the change in the shuttle service. Because they previously shared a regular shuttle with Embassy Suites, I waited for that vehicle, but was then told they now had a different bus and that I would have to call them for a pickup. I should have been made aware of this ahead of time. I went to the bar to order food to take to my room. ...

« If you’re sensitive to strong, perfumy scents, this is not the hotel for you. There are multiple air fresheners throughout the hallways that spray frequently; there was even one in the elevator that sprayed. While there weren’t any air fresheners plugged into the rooms themselves, a strong fragrance would rush in every time the door was opened. Simply walking from the car to my room made my eyes water and triggered an immediate migraine. »

« The lady at the front desk was a pure delight. She was welcoming and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Efficient shuttle service as well. Overall good value for the price. »

« L’hotel se situe dans un quartier peu sûr de Portland. On a été inquiet toute la nuit pour la voiture. Le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre. Le lit n’était pas confortable : le sommier était une planche de bois. Nous n’avons pas retrouvé la qualité standard des motel 6. »

« No Smoke detector (as required by LAW!) in the room. Towel bars in bathroom had come off of the wall. No telephone in the room. The knob on the water in the bathtub was not attached, and you could not adjust the temperature of the water. No cups in the room, no coffee cups or coffee. « Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...
