'The pool and fitness center are open late until midnight, which is nice when you are busy all day, plus they have a late checkout at noon and free shuttles to the airport! Beautiful blooming azaleas everywhere.There is a full breakfast but nothing made to order, still lots of good options. The cons are: limited parking spots, bed was firm so not very comfortable to me, and the fan in the room blows out alternating cold and hot air to maintain temp instead of just shutting off. 'This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival.'

'On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there.'

'When we got there we asked about the pool and we were told it was "being clean right now" it was a lie because we saw it and it was green and no one cleaning it. Then there were bed bugs and blood on the wall'

'Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

'What I liked about the Hyatt Hotel property was the welcoming atmosphere, professional staff, and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable and convenient. I also appreciated the attention to customer service and the relaxing environment throughout the property. The location and overall presentation of the hotel made it a great experience. I do not have anything negative to say.'
