'They cancelled my reservation without notice because they were full and could make more money with a non-expedia guest. When I arrived they broke the news without apology or assistance in finding a room in a different establishment. They were rude and unhelpful. Will never return.'

'daily housekeeping terrible. no amenities at all when we checked in and no housekeeping the following day. Couldn't check in in the front desk/ office, checking in through a small window. very noisy either from outside or upstairs however the staff is friendly.'

'It’s definitely more of a low income housing complex, most guests have been there long term. The room wasn’t immaculately clean, but it was ok, pictures online show furniture like a sofa or a plush chair, only a bed was present. The hotel is in an area where the homeless population and addiction is very apparent. I only recommend staying here if you don’t have children and are in a pinch, and need something quick and affordable.'

'Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

'This is an easy place to stay when overnighting for the airport. I don't think I'd have a need to stay here if I wasn't just getting ready to depart but it was nice to be in Cascade station and is at times cheaper than some of the other options in the area. They don't have very good bar/restaurant option in the hotel but that doesn't matter as there are several options in Cascade Station. I recommend this for an airport stay.'

'We always stay here when visiting Portland, often booking multiple rooms for family members. A convenient base for visits, good parking and far enough from the hustle and bustle, but with great ammenities (e.g. breakfast buffet is one of the best for a hotel).'

'This place has everything I needed. Love the ice machine with lot of ice. Breakfast is good and fresh. Room is very clean and staff were very friendly and informative. Only thing I don’t like is have to pay for parking.'

'Staff and especially Keisha were terrific. Loop Breakfast was OK. Eggs were consistently overcooked while hash browns were consistently undercooked. Minimal fresh fruit. Coffee could grow hair. A second toaster would speed things up. Otherwise, selection was good and kitchen service personnel were attentive.'
