'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this...

'Een heerlijk verblijf in een zeer eenvoudige omgeving. Pure luxe op het laagste prijspeil. Direkt aan het rustige kindvriendelijke strand. Weg van de touristen centra van midden Goa. Erg mooi.'
