'This place was the worst place ever. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. 'We were absolutely delighted with this amazing setting and the beautiful accommodation we were provided with. The spacious cottages are set in a spice plantation with gorgeous plants and trees, exotic birds, animals and insects. The owner Akosh, and his staff, were so helpful and informative and there was delicious vegetarian food served at every meal. We especially loved the natural swimming pool which was a very tranquil place. '

'The stay was only forgiven because of the balcony apart from that there is nothing positive to share about the stay there were spider webs all across the room and washroom, faucet's were leaking,the doors lock was not working properly,bed linens were torn and had stains on them ,fridge was on the entire time but apart from the freezer nothing else was cooling '

'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle.
