"I reserved a room 5 months ago that came with breakfast, but when I checked in, I learned that the kitchen was being upgraded and that there would be no breakfast. I also brought my swimsuit but learned that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning."

"Sheets were clean but the room wasn’t very clean overall. Hair on the floor and in the tub. AC worked well but sounded like a freight train in the room. My booking said checkout was a 12 PM but hotel enforced 11 AM instead despite the booking."
