Had a great trip. House was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do and see. Parking was great amd the neighborhood was quiet.

The house was in a good area.And it was very cute. We had some. Issues that should have been taken care of But no one ever came to do so. Other than that, it was a perfect.House for us and we enjoyed it very much. It wasn't too far from downtown so we enjoyed that we could be there in less than five minutes drive. Also.We weren't too far from Manitou as well so the house was in a perfect spot. We would stay here again.

Spring break roadtrip

We did a route 66 road trip for spring break and drove through Colorado on our way back home. Our experience was
.ok. Check-in was at 4:00 and we had to wait in the driveway until 4:35 for cleaning to be finished up. Then we had two codes to the front door that didn’t work and had to hang out on the porch for awhile. After getting the Wi-Fi code it only worked in certain areas of the home. Most of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. The coffee table looks like dogs have been chewing on them. The bathroom door jams. It seemed like the photos online may have been when everything was new. The beds and bedding were nice, they offered a welcome snack basket, waters in the fridge and coffee. I’m sorry to say that it was our least favorite experience out of the 6 VRBOs we rented during the trip. Definitely room for improvement.

FUN little GETAWAY!

The cleaners were a tad bit behind when we arrived initially (like literally only 10 minutes or so) BUT the property manager communicated very well with us! Love their little guidebook/website they have put together for you once booking the house.. it makes everything so easy to navigate!House was extremely spacious perfect for a little weekend or week trip!So sweet how they have things like dish soap, laundry soap.. etc. things readily available to you!Overall recommend this house!

Amazing!

This home was amazing! There’s many great things the host did to make this stay as comfortable as possible. The kids things were great for having and the location was really easy to get around. It was super clean and the hot tub is a plus! I loved this home and look forward to staying again

Solid property near downtown and many attractions

Small home on shared lot with fenced backyard with hot tub. Old home but outfitted fine for our visit. Walkable neighborhood with nearby park. Really close to downtown for easy access to various charming restaurants, Olympic museum, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and more. The professional management had pretty seamless check in and check out. Breaker went out on first evening and while we got responses, I’m not sure the message sender was a person so the fix instructions were a bit clunky. The mild issue was ultimately solved by our own efforts.

Great Launching Point

The location of this property is stellar. We were minutes away from downtown CO springs, Old CO City, Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, and Cheyenne Mountain. The neighborhood was walkable and the house was easy to find. Worth noting, There is only ONE bathroom in this unit, and it's on the first floor off of the kitchen. When those in the master bedroom needed to use it, we needed to go down the stairs, through the living room, dining room, kitchen, and then hopefully the bathroom wasn't in use so we could use it. Not ideal, but we made-do. Also, the listing clearly shows a swing in the backyard. With our 2 & 4 year old, we were looking for amenities like this to entertain them. When we arrived, it was gone. I messaged the hosts and they indicated it was taken down for safety reasons. That picture should be updated or taken down entirely. The Hot Tub worked fine, although it's clearly worn from use. There were several plastic pieces and jet covers that were detached and broken, hanging out in the bottom of the hot tub when we first went to use it. Not a big deal, but the tub will likely need replacing at some point. It was fine for the purpose of relaxing in the evenings and entertaining our kids when they wanted to swim. Fire pit was lovely on the 60 degree days we had. Beds were comfortable, and the kids very much liked the trundle bed set up with TV in their space. There are NO TVs in the main bedrooms. Kitchen worked ok, dishwasher was filthy. Need more kitchen items

Great house with wonderful amenities

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property and it was a perfect fit for us as our home base during our adventures in the Colorado Springs area. The house is updated and very well-appointed. The kitchen is well-stocked with all that you need. There was space for our family to come back after a long day out and about and just relax and recharge for a bit without being on top of each other. We enjoyed the hot tub and that was a perfect way for our family to end the day and chat about the day’s adventures and plan our next day’s excursions. Everything is well-labeled and the hosts were very responsive and did a great job of communicating with us before and during our stay. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

CO Getaway

Our stay was great. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Home was super cute. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. Home was spacious and enough room for my family. Hot tub was great. There was only 1 bathroom but no issues, we were able to manage with the one. Big shout out to the property manager for letting us check in a little early. Fabulous home and stay

This is a great home for families. Close to almost anything and I loved how organized and labeled the house is. The hot tub was fun at night as well. The beds were comfortable as well. The owners are very responsive.
