One of the worst places I’ve stayed at in Colorado. The unit was not clean, spiders, mold in the bathroom. It didn’t really look like the pictures, pretty worn down. The couch is extremely loud and uncomfortable as well as the bed. The upstairs “tenants” were extremely loud and kept us up 2 nights in a row (they were running, stomping, slamming doors, etc from 8pm-7am both nights) to the point we didn’t sleep and had to leave and get a hotel somewhere else. The “host” said they would take care of the problem but they didn’t. The rental agreement they have you sign has all of these rules and fees that they don’t even enforce for other tenants (noise levels, cleanliness, etc). Extremely disappointing.
