'Personeel was goed en probeerde te helpen. Airco deed niet van ons kamer , toen andere kamer gekregen. Er was lekkage in de badkamer wat vanuit de bovenstaande verdieping kwam. Erg jammer'

'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'

'Alles schoon en goed onderhouden Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten was prima, keuze genoeg. Kamers waren groot en van alles voorzien. Strand werd keurig schoongehouden. Was er veilig. Jammer was dat alles vrij ver uit elkaar lag.'
