'Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! 'Hotel is situated in Slums part of the city and on a first glance looked terrible. The manager didn't knew English but they wrote they knew. neighbourhood is really dangerous and full of thieves and scary people. It was probably one of the worst experiences in my life. Don't reccomend it for anyone who wants to live...'

'Incrível. O quarto muito bem decorado, ar condicionado top, cama confortável, frigobar gelando. Acho que os travesseiros podem ser mais baixos, me deram dor no pescoço. Minha sugestão é colocar uma saboneteira no box, pois nem todo mundo usa sabonete líquido. Atendimento muito legal. É localizado acima de um restaurante e de frente para a marina. O barulho é bem suportável. É uma boa caminhada até o centro histórico( cidade muralhada)'

'Localização ok, cerca de 1km da praia e do aeroporto, sempre íamos andando de dia e tomávamos táxi a noite (20k COP). Estrutura nova e conservada, quartos simples, porém confortáveis. Não tinha água quente e canais de TV eram básicos. Piscina excelente e novinha, recém-construída. O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, não pode ser chamado disso, era apenas um pão com ovo ou linquiça, ou arroz (surreal). Mas o custo-benefício compensou, dormimos bem, nos sentimos seguro apesar de a rua não...
