« We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

« I couldn't fault this beautiful spacious home. It had everything we needed for the perfect family get away, and the playroom and trampoline in the garden got a big thumbs up from my grandchildren. The location was great for exploring everything that West Mersea has to offer, especially the seafood! Everyone went away feeling totally relaxed! One big thumbs up for me, was that John the owner greeted me at the property in person to show me how everything worked! »

« We booked a secret wedding in London and needed a place in the middle for our families to meet up. It catered for all of us! We had 2 children under 3, and 14 adults but it didn't seem cramped. Everybody was comfortable and content. Antoine was super responsive, and so was the young man who checked us in (I can't remember his name unfortunately!). Cholchester ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Oberflächlich ist das Haus sauber, nur beim genaueren Hinsehen und Nutzen der Küche waren zum Beispiel deutliche Fettanhaftungen an der Dunstabzugshaube und nicht gut gereinigtes Besteck festzustellen. « Lovely old cottage, furnished well with a nice kitchen having everything you need for eating in (except for a sieve or collander). Clay tiles on ground floor make the floor cold so bring slippers in low season. Some very low beams so tall people beware. Couldn't light the gas fire though. Surprised to find slow-moving bees on window sills or on floor each day when returning from day out. »
