The home nestled at the beach end of a small neighbourhood enclave that escapes the area's tourist traffic, leaving you with a nearly private beach experience. Protected by an offshore rocky outcrop, Barellen's backyard is a tranquil beach setting with gently rolling waves. The home is ideally located to take advantage of multiple swimming options; the protected beach just steps from the back door, Darkum Creek with shallow waters perfect for learning to paddleboard, and Lake Woolgoolga. Barellen delivers a level of quality and luxury rarely seen and is a short drive to Woolgoolga, approximately 20 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour and less than 30 minutes from Coffs Harbour Airport. There is simply no reason to travel any further as Barellen has brought the world to you.  

Pet Friendly by Consideration:

If approved, a Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500. Please note that only 2 pets are permitted per property at any time. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
