B&B in Coconino National Forest

'The basics of the property were there but the ambiance was lacking. There is no waterfountain, there is no fire pit, there is no telescope. I was told by the owner that those were just for staging. My room did not have a purple chair and it did not have the fun Southwestern comforter and pillows as shown in the pictures. So I was disappointed in that as well, however the things that didn't work in my room like the fireplace and the carbon monoxide detector the owner came over to fix as soon as I...

'Cute place to stay but the bed issue was a pain. The mattress does not fit that bed. Having to make sure we cleared the sides getting in and out was difficult while half awake. The breakfasts were great though.'

'Great place to stay. It is a 5 minute drive to just about everything Williams has to offer. The thing that sets this place apart from a hotel in town is that it is away from all the noise and lights in town. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit by the fire and star gaze after a day of fun.'

'Easy and fast communication. Great little cabin'

'This is an amazing Sedona gem! River front ‘beach’ is gorgeous. The owners were helpful with our needs. Breakfast was a wonder Southwestern feast. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet which made for a great sleep. Beautiful views from all around and a great little hike right outside our door on Joy Mountain which led to a private vortex. Great place! We’d stay here again for sure.'

'Sure! You can do 5 stars and say location was perfect and the room was super nice we really enjoyed our stay!'

'I enjoyed the space it was just what I needed and the breakfast was perfect, something for everyone.'
