'We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.'

'A clean modern condo with 1 king and 1 queen, in a pretty quiet complex that seems that some units are probably rented out and some are only used by family and friends. There were always multiple security guards and we saw them far more often than we did any other guests.This unit has its own hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean across the parking lot, and so you are pretty close to the ocean. There is a fancy house between you and the ocean view, but you can still see waves and water....

'When the add states ¨peace and calm of the jungle¨ and the freeway noise in extremely loud, there is a problem. In addition, the street in front of the condo in the only way tourist buses and delivery trucks and vans can have access to Grand Sirenis resort. All day long, it is trucks, buses, vans and motorcycle noise. It never stops. It was advertised ¨access to the Wellness center and the Beach Club¨ but they forgot to mention that it costs 300 pesos a day for the gym and about 1,900 pesos for...

'Our property had an ocean view and we were very close to the beach and the beach club. It was perfect for us and we stayed for 4 weeks. It was well stocked with water upon arrival. There was also coffee and toilet paper. All of which allowed us to rest upon arrival and not have to run to the store right away. It was very quiet and there were nice pools on the property. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.'
