'Staff was friendly, clean room'

'We are uncertain whether our room was cleaned since the previous occupants left. We had an accessible room, so I did not request to change rooms. There was makeup on the pillowcase and blood smears on the top of the duvet cover. Bathroom sink looked used and not wiped. Toilet paper had one empty roll, one almost empty roll, and one half roll. Fridge had broken shelves, and a discolored ice jam with a bread tie frozen in it. We asked for and were provided clean bedding by the front desk, but they...

'Hot breakfast, room was clean and lots of space for 4 people. Excellent area, 3rd time we stayed and definitely will stay again!!'

'Everything was wonderful, it rained really hard and the bathroom ceiling leaked. It didn't last long and I just wanted them to know so no one slipped in there because the floor was wet.'
