« Cabin was very nice and clean. Everything that you needed was supplied. The area is clean and very quiet. All communications was fast and helpful. The road to the cabin is blacktopped so other than weather no special vehicle is needed. We will stay here again »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Gold Mine Cabin. The large turn around area in the driveway made it a great choice for our needs as we were hauling multiple ATVs. Beautiful property in an ideal location next to a creek. I certainly hope to return sometime in the future. »

« This cabin was exactly what I expected. It was clean and everything worked. It had privacy in a quiet setting. The knob on the dryer was broken but it was still operational. The only downside is the hot tub needed a few hours to heat up before we could use it. I would definitely stay here again! »

« We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. The screened porch overlooking the forest with the sound of the river in the background was wonderful – well furnished with rockers, tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals, without bugs! « I booked this hoochee haus for a nice quiet getaway and to celebrate my birthday. It did not disappoint. The place ws so clean. It had all the things i needed. And the view on the river was so beautiful i could not have had a better place. It was close enough to walk to the little town. Or park in town and wander around all day and then drive back. The weather was great. The people were friendly. I met a new friend on my last day there. I will return to this hoochee haus. »
