She made sure that my husband had the handicap room and made sure that we were comfortable and safe! She even went above and beyond when there was another guest who was in his vehicle outside our window playing music really loud.'

'Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff acted as if they had never checked anyone in before, went down twice to eat breakfast,the first time at 6:15 and it wasn’t even open yet, no one around! The second time was at 7:15 and they were open but all that was available was coffee! Went back to the room packed up and went back down to check out and no one was at the desk. 'We arrived to our stay as we had come for a concert in Ames. The hotel is on the very edge of town set back from the interstate. The grounds do not even include trees. 1 person was working the front desk and was helpful with any questions I had. Our room was located up a flight of stairs or just outside an elevator.
