Villa Samuel is a lovely 3 bedroom detached property set in the resort of Sa Caleta, just 10 minutes' walk from the nearest beach in Sa Caleta. Ciutadella, the ancient capital, is north of the property with an array of shops, bars and restaurants. The villa itself has a bright and airy feel with its own private pool and garden - the perfect place to spend lazy days. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

Villa Samuel is located in Sa Caleta, 10 minutes' walk from the sandy Sa Caleta cove. A 20 minute stroll along the coastline will bring you to the picturesque sandy inlet of Santandria. The ancient capital Ciutadella, with its restaurants, bars and shops, is just 10 minutes' drive away. Or, the popular resorts of Cala Blanca and Calan Bosch are just a short drive down the coast, with an even greater choice of eateries and shops as well as sandy beaches. Our villa Benjamin is on the same road, perfect for larger groups wanting separate accommodation.

Main pool: 7 x 3 mtr, 1.1 - 1.6 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
