'Large rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The bar and restaurant were super convenient and we enjoyed watching sports on the numerous tv’s in the area especially during a major thunderstorm one evening! We didn’t have to venture out for a meal, it was right there in the hotel.'

'Should make people aware that they will be across the street in a motel when booking occurs. If we wanted to stay in a motel 6 we would have booked that for a third of the cost since we didn’t use the theme park anyhow.'

We had no housekeeping at all in the 3 days we were there. They were supposed to come on day two but we were skipped. Also, it would be nice to have more soap and personal care items in the room. Breakfast was good except the coffee. The only choice was bold coffee. A medium or breakfast blend would’ve been a nice option. I had to buy a five dollar...

'This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops. The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.'
