'Woning en tuin waren ok en zoals beschreven. Maar... pas op! Antonio woonde de twee maanden dat wij er zaten met zijn vader, die af en toe 's nachts aan het roepen en hoesten was, op de begane grond. Het huis is nogal gehorig en daar hadden zowel Antonio als wij last van.'

'We very much enjoyed our stay - the stone house keeps cool and has a lovely aspect (especially with the afternoon light for aperitif). It was perfect for us, and we would like to stay again in the future. The host was very good with communicating and made everything very smooth.'

'This house had everything we needed, except maybe wifi, with a very fine terrace with exceptional views. Selva is a nice town with some fine restaurants. Bakery just around the corner. In about 45 minutes you can reach almost every place in Mallorca. Would definitely book this house again for a future visit of Mallorca.'

'Lots of space for a large family gathering in a beautiful traditional farm style property that is not too precious.Great facilities with the very popular pool top of the list very clean very private and in a great location. Arriving late evening makes finding the turning to the property frustrating and could be improved with signage and or ilumination.'

'We hebben een hele fijn week gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het zwembad was heerlijk, de ruimten waren erg fijn en het terras was prachtig. De foto van de zitkamer is gedateerd, er staat onder andere een ander bankstel. En goed om te weten dat er tweebaansweg langs het huis loopt. Eerst schrokken we daarvan, maar al snel heb je het niet meer in de gaten. De locatie ten opzichte van Sineu is heel fijn. Slechts op 4 minuten afstand zit een hele fijne kleine supermarkt. En ga vooral langs bij het Tapas...

'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'

'Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell...

'Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. Arta is a great little town! There is an amazing market in n Tuesdays. The downside of our visit, ants in the main bedroom even though there...
