'Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night.
The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy.
Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer.

Only minor issues was that there was no instructions for the air con (although I’m sure if I’d asked they would have helped - found quickly online) and the side door you go out after 11 isn’t as well signposted as it could have be....

'Nice clean hotel with good breakfast and dining options in a very convenient location. It’s about a ten minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station if you’re taking a tour. Staff is friendly and helpful!

'Really enjoyed this property, other than the lack of parking. We found the closest place to park was at Buchanan Galleries at over £20/night. This is a 2 block walk to the hotel. Not a big deal dragging your luggage down the hill if you are able bodied, but the walk back up was a little more daunting.

'The Hotel wasn't clean. The first night an someone came into our room, although every room had a separate digital key. Staff couldn't explain how this was possible and didn't do anything to be sure it couldn't happen again. Beside the hotel there were two building sites with very loud building activities from 7am until 6pm. All in all, not an ideal accomodation. '
