Prachtig
Wij hadden een woning voor maximaal 6 personen vlakbij ons hotel. De woning was fantastisch een privé zwembad, grote tuin, grote kamers twee badkamers en 3 toiletten. Alle slaapkamers hadden een balkon. Bovendien een prachtig uitzicht op de Golfbaan welke achter ons huis lag. Iedere dag schoon gemaakt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gratis vervoer naar het prachtige hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Dus al met al prima, een echte aanrader.

Prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet
Het zag er allemaal heel mooi uit, maar ik vond het de 5-sterren niet waard. ontbijt was zeer matig - de jus d'orange was niet eens vers. Dan heb ik weleens in betere 5-sterren hotels gelogeerd. Er waren aan het strand ook niet genoeg bedjes voor alle gasten. Ze hadden ook een bijbehorende Club - die was met nieuwjaarsdag om 5 uur 's middags nog niet opgeruimd. Daar hadden ze ook bedjes, die zagen er anders uit dan op het gewone strand. Die bedjes moest je apart betalen (prijzen à la Zuid-Frankrijk en hoger), dat stond NIET aangegeven en we moesten een kwartier op de handdoeken wachten, allemaal verschillende, want ze waren nog niet schoon. Bovendien werd er als garantie/borg een bedrag van onze creditcard afgeschreven, wat we hopelijk binnen 14 dagen terugkrijgen.

Beautiful resort! relaxing beach areas. The Thai people never disappoint. Always smiling, soft spoken, willingness to provide excellent customer service is unmatched in the hospitality industry. Since im being honest here. I should mention that the resort is showing some signs of aging. Upside is, i did see renovation signs as well. So obviously they are addressing the problems. Last thing to mention, they have a small gaming area that needs to be upgraded. Hopefully that will be addressed as well. My wife and i will be back. Can't wait

Exceptional service, spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel is in an area of supreme natural beauty, our room overlooked the lagoon (where there was plenty of fun activities - kayaking, paddle boarding etc.) and mountains behind it, we were also only a 5 min walk from a private beach. Absolutely sensational value for money, would recommend to all.

Vast hotel but well maintained . The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is good . The beach was very dirty full of plastics( certainly because the monsoon but nobody seems to care) . Breakfast was fine ( very good coffee) . We had a huge room . Air cond was too cold .we regretted not to have a fan . We had a very good dinner at the Thai restaurant . We recommend this hotel for families or group of friends.

A remarkable stay and great escape.
A highly sanitized resort. Remarkable staff who do or offer a profound number of things to assist or make your stay easier or more enjoyable. This was my 7th stay at Angsana Laguna. I first stayed there when it was owned by Sheraton. This time I was invited to two private cocktail parties. Close family (a group of 5 also stayed in a 3 storey island duplex. I used the Angsana Spa once and Banyan Tree Spa twice for extended periods as I usually do with remarkable expertise from the highly trained girls who do the massage. Profound thanks to Ariel Campos, acting manager of BTMA at Banyan Tree resort and his son, John Riel Campos, a recent, impressive and progressive hospitality intern at Angsana who facilitated my obtaining a charger for my Apple Mac Air which I had inadvertently left in Sydney, Australia. I needed it to support my work as a teacher in Australia and Ariel Campos drove me to Central to obtain another one at one of the IT shops. His sincere support was greatly appreciated. I would also go to the bar lounge area at Banyan Tree most afternoons and for dinner at Saffron and greatly appreciated the ambience of that part of the Banyan Tree resort with beautiful live jazz from Donna Campos and her colleagues. Profound thanks to all the Angsana staff and Banyan Tree staff with whom I came into contact and who extended support. Eternally grateful. 🙏 They are all to be commended. Diana Fraser

The location of the Angsana is excellent within the Laguna complex. The 2 bedroom villa we were allocated was most welcome. For the 4 of us to be accommodated together was a great asset while coronavirus virus lock down in place. Our outside journeys were somewhat restricted for the last 4 days so the lounge was very useful. We were upgraded to the villa due to it being our third stay. The staff throughout were exceptional once again. Thety provided fantastic service during these abnormal times. We all wish them well throughout this terrible fast spreading virus.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It is in desperate need of refurbishment, the service is awful, it is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of everything. It feels like a glorified travelodge. It was so dirty we had to move to 5 different rooms before we could find one we felt comfortable enough to sleep in for a night. We checked out 4 days early as we couldn't bear to stay any longer. Worst hotel i've ever been to and completely misleading from the photos.

渡假村裡有自己的湖泊真的很棒,可以免費遊湖以及玩水上活動(獨木舟、SUP、帆船),還有超長的泳池,泳池活動也很有趣,水上溜滑梯、踩板道、水上排球、水上足球,都很有趣!設施很齊全:)。可以直接通往沙灘也超棒的,還有數量充足的躺椅,很舒適。甚至有免費接駁公車,可以到附近的市集逛逛,非常方便。

主人と2人で泊まりました。ホテル自体は、家族連れやカップルが長期滞在して、のんびりするには、いいと思います。 ただ、バスタブに中々、湯が溜まらなかった。湯量が少ないのかと、夕食時中、3時間くらい入れ続けてやっと入れるくらいになった。2日目によく見ると、バスタブの栓が微妙にあまく、少しずつ抜けているようでした。あと、1日の宿泊予定だったので、拙い英語でホテルに伝えるのも面倒だし、そのままにして入りました。 もっと、英語が話せたらホテル内のイベント等にも参加出来て、楽しく過ごせたかと思います。

●悪い点 たまたまだろうが、チェックインして部屋まで案内してくれたスタッフはろくにホテルや部屋の説明をしてくれなかった。コンビニの場所もきいたのに、ホテルの外にある!としか説明がなく、実際はシャトルバスが出ていてコンビニに行けた。そのほか、後で色々確認しないといけないことが多く、そのスタッフの対応にガッカリした。 朝ごはん会場が凄く寒い。また、メニュー数がそこまで多くなく、味もイマイチ。4日滞在したが途中で飽きてしまった。 部屋のアメニティに髭剃りやくし、石鹸が無く、都度お願いしないと持ってきてくれない。このレベルのホテルなら最初から用意しておいて欲しい。 アンサナランカーがとても素敵なホテルだったので、今回期待して予約したが正直期待外れだった。 ●よかった点 周りに何もないのでのんびりリゾートを味わえる。 プールが砂浜風になっていて子供が喜んだ。 キッズクラブも充実していた。ただ、20:00位まで開けて欲しい。18:00クローズは少し早いとおもった。

I was very sorry to learn of your disappointment with the services experienced during your stay with us. It never makes me proud to hear that we have failed to delight and assist a guest during their time at our resort. It was a recommendation from a friend since we were trying to find a place kids friendly. Great resort, lots of amenities and restaurants as well as a cool kids club. Resorts include some water activities at the lagoon, it as its own beach with bar and pool right there as well, about 6 restaurants, transportation to town, spa and tourist information / booking. We wish we could spend some more time but overall was a great experience

Angsana is beautiful, the pool is so uniquely laid out. We stayed in a groud floor pool access room and it was amazing. The buffet breakfast at Marketplace was an outstanding spread. We highly recommend the staff and facilities at Ansgana Laguna.
